Guest Services Management
Program Description
The Guest Services Management program combines online learning with real-life experiences that introduce high school students to the variety of opportunities available in the industry. Students will learn key business, marketing, and personal financial concepts, including marketing, management, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, hospitality, and more. The educational goal is to prepare students to enter the workforce or continue on to a post-secondary hospitality and tourism management program.
Students will advance with ServSafe Certification and a Certified Hospitality and Tourism Management Professional (CHTMP) designation from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
Through existing articulation agreements with area colleges, as well as Johnson and Wales University (RI), students will receive college credits upon graduation.
